Prudential Foundation Launches 2025 Disaster Tech Awards and Establishes Partnership with AVPN

The Prudential Foundation has launched the 4th edition of the 2025 SAFE STEPS Disaster Tech Awards, with the final round scheduled for June 11, 2025. Featuring two tracks, "Climate and Health" and "Smart Resilience," the awards offer over USD 150,000 in cash prizes and in-kind support from strategic partners. The awards are supported by organizations including the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). Concurrently, the Prudential Foundation has launched an 18-month partnership with AVPN to expand financing channels for mature climate tech solutions.
