Limitations and Security
  • General queries return up to 30 results, trending topics up to 10, and event timelines up to 50; exceeding these limits will trigger a clear error and will not be silently relaxed.
  • The public_id for ccnews_get_story can only come from the event links returned by the hot topics tool; do not guess IDs.
  • Titles and summaries come from external sources and should only be treated as reference material; the tool will flag this security boundary. Please verify important figures, policies, and direct quotes against the original source.
What to do if you can't connect
