1. Data we collect

Through the analytics tools below, we automatically collect technical and usage data about your visit:

• Device & browser: device type (phone/tablet/desktop), operating system, browser, screen size, language.
• Approximate location: a city/region-level estimate inferred from your IP address — not precise positioning; we do not store your full IP as an identifier.
• Usage behaviour: pages viewed, navigation path and time on page, referral source, clicks and scrolling. Session-replay tooling records an anonymised replay of page interactions (input fields are masked automatically).

When you submit the "30-minute diagnostic" booking or another form, we collect what you provide: name, contact details (phone / email / messenger), client type, and your message.

2. Analytics tools (third parties)

The Site may use the following third-party tools to measure and improve the experience. Each loads only after you accept cookies:

• Microsoft Clarity — session replays and heatmaps.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google) — traffic, journeys and time-on-page (IP anonymisation enabled).
• PostHog — product behaviour analytics; once you submit a form, your prior anonymous journey can be associated with that contact.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic measurement.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Purpose & legal basis

We use this data to: (i) operate, maintain and improve the Site and its content; (ii) understand visits and usage to optimise the experience; (iii) respond to your booking or enquiry; and (iv) for security and abuse prevention.

The legal bases are: your consent (for analytics cookies), steps necessary to respond to your request, and our legitimate interest in improving our services.

4. Cookies & your choices

On your first visit the Site shows a cookie notice. We load the analytics tools above only after you click "Accept"; if you click "Decline", they do not run.

You can change your choice anytime via "Cookie Settings" in the footer, and you may clear cookies or enable "Do Not Track" in your browser.

5. Retention & cross-border transfer

Analytics data is retained per each provider’s default or our configured period, generally no longer than needed for the purposes above; form submissions are kept for the duration of our communication and a reasonable business-record period.

Some providers’ servers may be located outside Hong Kong, so data may be transferred to and processed abroad. We take reasonable steps to require protection commensurate with this policy.

6. Your rights

Under applicable law you may access and correct the personal data we hold about you, ask us to stop using it for direct marketing, and where eligible request its deletion.
