Prudential Announces Second Interim Dividend for 2024

Prudential has announced a second interim dividend of 16.29 US cents per share for 2024. Shareholders registered in the UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore will receive the dividend in GBP, HKD, and SGD respectively by default, with an option to receive it in USD. The deadline for the USD option is April 22, 2025. The ex-dividend date is March 27, 2025, the record date is March 28, 2025, and the cash dividend is expected to be paid on May 14, 2025. A scrip dividend option is available, applicable only to shares listed in Hong Kong. UK-registered shareholders may opt for a dividend reinvestment plan.
