Prudential Announces Leadership Structure Adjustments

Prudential announced on October 30, 2025, that John Cai, Regional Chief Executive, will step down on October 31 for personal reasons. The company has adjusted its leadership responsibilities, with Naveen Tahilyani, Regional Chief Executive, expanding his oversight to include Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, India, and Africa, while also taking on functional leadership for agency and health insurance. Dennis Tan will add responsibilities for Vietnam and the CLMV region, and Angel Ng, responsible for Greater China, will continue in her current role.
