Prudential appoints Arijit Basu and Claudia Suessmuth-Dyckerhoff as Non-Executive Directors

Prudential announced the appointment of Arijit Basu and Claudia Suessmuth-Dyckerhoff as Non-Executive Directors. Arijit Basu will officially join the Board on September 1, 2022, and will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Responsibility and Sustainability Taskforce. Claudia Suessmuth-Dyckerhoff's appointment is subject to regulatory approval, and its effective date and committee membership arrangements will be confirmed in due course.
