Prudential and Google Cloud have announced a strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation and enhance user engagement on its health and wealth platform, Pulse, leveraging Google Cloud's data analytics capabilities, secure and sustainable infrastructure, and Google ecosystem. The two parties will explore collaborations on Google Health, Document AI, Fitbit, and other initiatives, utilizing Google's data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning tools to optimize customer interactions and advance digital claims processing. Prudential has over 530,000 agents across 23 markets in Asia and Africa, serving more than 19 million customers.
