Prudential plc Appoints Solmaz Altin as Group Chief Strategic Transformation Officer

Prudential plc has announced the appointment of Solmaz Altin to the newly created role of Group Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. He will join on 1 May 2022, report to interim Group Chief Executive Mark FitzPatrick, and be based in Singapore. Solmaz Altin brings 25 years of leadership experience in business transformation and growth across the financial services industry, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Asia Pacific and Chief Digital Officer of Allianz Group. He will lead Prudential's cross-market strategic change and business transformation, supporting the company's growth ambition to serve 50 million customers by 2025.
