Prudential Included in the Highest Tier of CCLA's Corporate Mental Health Benchmark

Prudential has been awarded the highest tier (Tier 1) in the 2025 CCLA Corporate Mental Health Benchmark, making it one of only 10 institutions out of 100 evaluated companies to receive this rating. Established in 2022, this annual benchmark assesses the risk management and reporting performance of workplace mental health in large UK-listed companies. Prudential delivers employee mental health protection through management commitment, corporate policies, innovative initiatives, and transparent reporting, while also running internal support programs and sharing best practices externally.
