Prudential Announces Alice Schroeder to Step Down as Non-Executive Director

Prudential plc announced that Alice Schroeder will step down as a Non-Executive Director at the Annual General Meeting on 26 May 2022. She has served as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee since June 2013, joined the Risk Committee in March 2018, and became Chair of the Responsibility and Sustainability Taskforce in February 2021. The Chairman of Prudential expressed gratitude on behalf of the Board for her contributions during her tenure.
