Prudential plc Announces Board Changes

Prudential Group announced several board personnel changes. Mark Saunders will join as a non-executive director on April 1, 2024, and also join the Audit Committee and Risk Committee. Jeanette Wong will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee on March 20, 2024, and David Law will retire after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2024. Prudential Group Chair Shriti Vadera will join the Remuneration Committee after the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
