Prudential and Google Cloud Expand Strategic Partnership to Build AI Lab and Shape the Future of Insurance

Prudential and Google Cloud have announced an expanded strategic partnership to establish an AI lab in Singapore, which will provide a sandbox environment and end-to-end cloud support for AI development for Prudential's 15,000 employees. The lab will launch later this year, with an initial focus on enhancing healthcare experiences and operational efficiency. This is the first partnership of its kind in the insurance industry across Asia and Africa. The two companies have collaborated on digital transformation since 2019, and this expanded partnership will accelerate Prudential's adoption of machine learning, generative AI and other advanced technologies.
