Prudential appoints Ben Bulmer as Chief Financial Officer
Prudential announced the appointment of Ben Bulmer as Chief Financial Officer, subject to regulatory approval. He will join the Group Executive Committee, report to the Chief Executive Officer, and be based in Hong Kong. Former Chief Financial Officer James Turner resigned following an investigation into recruitment-related matters involving the code of conduct. He will remain for four months to support the transition, and a portion of his past variable compensation awards will be forfeited. This personnel change will not affect the Group's financial performance, reporting, or operations.
