Prudential Appoints Ann Wadhwani as New Group Chief Executive Officer

Prudential has announced the appointment of Anil Wadhwani as Group Chief Executive, effective 25 February 2023, subject to final approval by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority. Anil Wadhwani was previously President and CEO of Manulife Asia, with over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, and will be based in Hong Kong upon taking up the role. The appointment also marks the departure of Nic Nicandrou, Chief Executive of Asia and Africa, a role that will be discontinued.
