Prudential launches a climate transition investment framework focused on emerging markets

Prudential has released two white papers on climate transition finance focused on emerging markets, launching a climate transition investment framework applicable across asset classes, which has received technical review endorsement from the Climate Bonds Initiative. Prudential also announced two climate transition fund investments: a US$200 million commitment as a founding investor in the Brookfield Catalytic Transition Fund, and a commitment of up to US$150 million to a climate-focused strategy managed by KKR.
