Prudential plc Announces Board of Directors Changes

Prudential plc has announced several board member changes, with the adjustments aligned to the group's strategic focus on Asia and Africa. Jeremy Anderson will take over as Senior Independent Director following the conclusion of the 2023 Annual General Meeting in May. Claudia Suessmuth-Dyckerhoff will assume the role of Non-Executive Director on January 1, 2023.
