Prudential included in the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for the second consecutive year

Prudential was named to the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index for the second consecutive year, which tracks the performance of public companies committed to transparency in gender data reporting. Prudential was recognized for progress in gender pay equity, increased female representation in leadership, and the introduction of anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies. Prudential established its Global Diversity and Inclusion Committee in 2020 and participated in the Workforce Disclosure Initiative in 2021, continuing to advance internal diversity and inclusion efforts.
