Prudential establishes its first wholly owned Global Capability Centre in Bengaluru, India

Prudential has opened its first wholly owned Global Capability Centre, 'Prudential India Capability Centre', in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with plans to hire 400 professionals over the next three years across technology, AI and data, and operations. The centre will serve as one of Prudential's two global capability hubs, supporting its businesses in Asia and Africa, and driving digital transformation and core operational process optimisation.
