Prudential Announces Director Change

Prudential announced that Non-Executive Director Fields Wicker-Miurin will retire from the Board effective 1 January 2022. She has served as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee since September 2018, and joined the Board's Responsibility and Sustainability Taskforce in February 2021. Prudential confirmed that no additional information is required to be disclosed under Rule 13.51(2) of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Listing Rules.
