Prudential Announces Appointment of George Sartorel as Non-Executive Director

Prudential plc announced the appointment of George David Sartorel as a Non-Executive Director, effective 14 January 2022. He will also join the Board of Prudential Corporation Asia Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Prudential. With nearly 40 years of experience in the international insurance industry, George Sartorel previously served as Regional Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Asia Pacific, with deep expertise in the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets and extensive experience in digital transformation. His annual basic director fee following the appointment is GBP 99,000, and he will not participate in Prudential's annual bonus, long-term incentive plans, or pension arrangements.
