Prudence Foundation and the UK National Innovation Centre for Ageing partner to advance longevity and support the China and UK silver economy
Prudential Foundation, the community investment arm of Prudential, signed a cooperation agreement with the UK National Innovation Centre for Ageing (NICA) during the UK Foreign Secretary’s visit to China. Leveraging NICA’s "Longevity Cities" framework, the partnership will roll out healthy ageing centers in multiple Chinese cities (including Beijing) through the "AI Health Project", introducing UK ageing innovation outcomes to provide free support for local communities. This collaboration will promote knowledge exchange and technology implementation between China and the UK in the ageing sector, helping older adults in both countries lead healthier, more fulfilling lives, while creating opportunities for UK enterprises to expand into China’s silver economy market.
