The HKEX has issued a director unsuitability statement and censured six relevant directors of Huissen Home Group Limited (stock code: 2127) for failing to cooperate with investigations by the HKEX and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. If any current director remains in a director or senior management position at the company or its subsidiaries 14 days after the disciplinary statement is issued, the HKEX will cancel the listing of the company's shares under Rule 2A.10A(2)(b) of the Listing Rules.
